Public Inquiry Core Documents

Reference is made in the Statement of Case to documents that are to be referred to or put in evidence at Inquiry.

Following the production of the public inquiry proofs of evidence, these documents have been supplemented with additional documents that are referred to within the proofs of evidence.

These documents may be inspected free of charge at the reception of the offices of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport during normal opening hours.

A copy of the documents or an appropriate weblink are as listed below for those documents which are referenced in the Statement of Case.
